Maddy went before the judge then was sent back down to the grand jury for a second appearance

Is there a reference for this? It’s my understanding that the Grand Jury isn’t releasing details of the questions being asked. Perhaps I’ve missed something? I only ask for clarification because I’m wary of speculation and mis-information surrounding what questions are being asked.
*whew* If that isn’t a fishing expedition & inquiry into your politics/ideology along with that of anyone you know/associate with, I don’t know what is. It’s deja vu (McCarthy era hearings) all over again.
I figured something was up (this helps confirm it) when I initially left a 4 word comment to a post regarding Leah. (critical of the CAPR)…essentially nothing. I left a link to my blog along with it. The hits I received skyrocketed. That was fine–I publish to be read. But I noticed something peculiar. More of the hits were from geographical locations heavily associated with government intelligence facilities (Langley, VA; Brooklyn, NY; Maryland, Washington D.C., etc.) than I’d ever seen; so much so that it felt like more inquiries were coming from spooks than normal readers. It was an eerie feeling.
I concluded (along with other ancillary evidence) the feds and local agencies are indeed on a ‘witch hunt’: Meaning they have nothing with which to indict, thus are resorting to trial by Grand Jury and implication. Typically, that’s SOP with LEO’s. Often they don’t care if there’s sufficient evidence to convict or even establish probable cause. They use THE PROCESS as ‘punishment’ in and of itself. The current Grand Jury abuse is a classic example. Another is the penchant some cops/detectives have of arresting a person on Friday so they’re in the can at least until Monday.
And yes, they’re taking names (along with other identifying/contact info) to construct relational network maps for the dossiers they’re compiling. It’s why I question the wisdom of mass e-mails/fax transmits to the federal prosecutor (Jenny Durkan) with all the personal contact information they’re seeking through the Grand Jury inquiries. It’s not academic (if it ever was) to recognize we’re now living in a police state that DOES bury citizens in the gulag for simply remaining silent or refusing to cooperate DESPITE there being no criminal proceedings/indictments in which one might be legitimately expected to testify if an eye/material witness.
This (despite their wettest dreams) has nothing to do with (A)narchists (that’s a pretext) or ideology or politics. It has to do with whether YOU obey big brother…nay, whether you LOVE big brother–nothing less! The SeaTac federal detention center is its ‘room 102’.
I’m reminded of one of the final scenes in 1984 where the couple happen, by chance, to meet each other after having been tortured: “I betrayed you,” he confessed. “I betrayed you too,” she responded. THAT is what’s at work here, make no mistake. And if you think simply obeying big brother will keep you safe, I have a bridge to sell you. You must LOVE big brother, nothing less!
Jenny Durkan, esq., reads these posts because she, et ux, want to know how deep your love for Big Brother is. I’m not ashamed to admit I love America and the principles/ideals it represents. But Durkan & Assoc. have perverted those principles. They’ve perverted America. They’re eating our children. All that’s needed for such evil to succeed is for good people to sit idly by and do nothing.

BTW, how did Maddy’s ‘transcript’ come out? Did he leave after each question and write it down just outside the door? Did they allow him to write the questions down on a pad while he was in the Grand Jury chambers? It’s great information because it helps shed light on the true nature of the fishing expedition. The nature of the questions reveals they have nothing concrete on which to base material questions. They’re not even certain of what question(s) to ask! They’re attempting to try a case without probable cause by denouncement rather than evidence–they have none.
Jenny Kaplan, esq. stated the federal justice system’s foundation is based on ‘snitching’. Interestingly, it has grown so lazy from the results it traditionally gains from such terror inducing schemes, it now appears to be prone to collapse without the crutch. Rather than doing the hard work of actually solving a federal crime, the system has grown fat from failure to exercise those muscles. Today, Big Brother has grown dependent on the cooperation of those from room 102. When they resist, BB looks to be weak and impotent. Who says there’s no God? Durkan has never looked so helpless, so incompetent. The youthful Grand Jury resisters are kicking her and the FBI’s ass!
The day will come when our grandchildren will ask, “What did you do in the great struggle against federal abuse of process, witch hunts and political persecution?” I hope you won’t have to say, “Well, I shoveled sh*t in Thurston/King/Multnomah County.”
